Apple Oat Breakfast smoothie

Shopping List

  • 1 cup (250 mL) So Nice Organic Soy Unsweetened
  • 2 red apples, such as fuji or royal gala
  • 1 cup (250 mL) ice
  • ½ cup (125 mL) large flake rolled oats (gluten free if necessary)
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Divide between two serving glasses and enjoy.

Makes 2 servings
