Vegan Panna Cotta with Berries

Shopping List

  • 250 ml organic canned coconut milk (thick)
  • 300 ml So Nice Soy Vanilla or Original
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder


  • Dissolve agar-agar in 100 ml of So Nice
  • Pour all ingredients into a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil. Keep stirring on low heat for 1 min. Stop stirring.
  • Divide into 6-8 glasses or ramequins, let cool, then refrigerate for a few hours until ready to serve. (Can be prepared the day before.)
  • Serve with fresh berries and coulis.
